1. Exercise Slow

Is this the simplest exercise imaginable?

Exercise slow is a series of gentle, easy-to-do exercises to promote flexibility, balance, and calm.

This first video has an introduction and an eight-minute sequence. The idea is to follow along. It’s not a video to passively watch. The benefit from this exercise comes from doing it often, consistently, and for a sustained period of several minutes.
