I have tried Everything for a suitable menstruation tool. The cup, the sponge the tampon and cloth . . . Tampons are a touchy subject . . as green as they may all be-I am experimenting with a new method called the Pouch!
it is an organic cotton pouch filled with herbs (likely the way it was once done) so like the Cup or the Sea Sponge it catches it and heals from within with female herbs . . I tried lavender which was a bit strong . . next cycle i am going to try Chamomile. (:
Anybody want to try one? It's not for the faint at heart!
